We mentioned at the beginning of the article that the consumption of essential unsaturated fatty acids is extremely important because, as the name suggests, they are essential and our body is not able to produce them on its own. However, in order to provide yourself with a healthy portion of healthy fats, instead of using dietary supplements, it is worth to reach for various types of food, which include a large amount of EFAs.

It will come as no surprise to you that the main source of omega acids are marine fish, such as tuna, mackerel, salmon and herring. It is important to eat fish at least twice a week in order to get enough of these greasy fats for your potency. Second, reach for the seeds! They are not only delicious but also very healthy, for which I am sure your libido will pay you back in bed. You can choose the seeds you like the most - sesame, sunflower, linseed or pumpkin seeds - because all of them contain healthy omega acids. Nuts are another type of food rich in EFAs fats. As with omega acid seeds, there is quite a lot of omega acid in them. And here, too, you can reach for the nuts that you think are best for you, because in each of them you will find a portion of health for your potency. Avocados are also an alternative source of fish, seeds and nuts. One fruit contains up to eleven grams of healthy fats!
